ANABOLIC OVERREACHING
FREE
Program Design for competitive athletes is one of the toughest parts of being a coach. The training of the athletes has to be hard, extremely hard. But the science of program design doesn’t just come into play in terms of overload, but also adequate recovery from overload. There is a delicate balance between appropriate training stress and adequate recovery. When balance between appropriate training stress and adequate recovery is disrupted, an abnormal training response may occur and a state of “Overreaching” may develop.
Overreaching is a precursor to overtraining. This is more of an intentional step taken by certain coaches, or players, to increase volume/intensity of training load, which would lead to certain physiological adaptations, which in turn would lead to increase in performance. This Book will give you a deep insight into the science of ‘Overreaching’ & how to overreach for maximum muscle gain…
